Poster logo

Symbol
The symbol is kept rather simple and the bracket looking border would keep the company name inside keeping it separate from the poster design and so the audience knows immediately what the particular symbol and words inside will represent.

Using red for the letter "i" the word "SOLiTARY" and making the rest of the letters capitals i believe will be an easy way to identify this particular company.

After making the design of main focus, being the symbol and the word solitary for the company to be identified easily. I added Film Production to make the logo look more professional and make the final outcome of the poster design look better on a whole.

This logo is an alternative which i came up with to be used on our poster design. However Jack, in our group already came up with a suitable and i believe more effective logo to be used on our poster designs. the example is displayed below.

In order to make this logo Jack first made an outline box with black border, then used the white rectangle to add a black separation line for a partition. He used a calligraphy brush tool to draw the character T and then smudged the edges to give it a dynamic, moving, bloody effect.
He then added the "filmcorp" text into the right hand side of the partition to show the company credited name. After this he dublicated the text and rasterized the layer so that It could successfully be reflected, and then used the smudge tool again to create a water effect reflection to finalize the logo.
Again giving the poster an logo makes it look more proffesional and allows it to look better on a whole.
